Return Policy

Returns must be postmarked within 15 days(including weekends) of receiving your order. No exceptions. We welcome all qualifying returns for online store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Items must be in original condition with tag attached. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited. Your return will not be accepted if it is out of the 15 day return window. Store credit will be issued to your account for the original purchase price within 3-5 days of receiving your return. Store credit may then be used to purchase anything on our website. 

Non-Returnable Items:

      1) Any item that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or is damaged can not be returned.

      2) All sale/clearance items

      3) Undergarments, hair accessories/hats/beanies, and jewelry.

      4) Any item that has had the tags removed.

 

If the item you return is not eligible for store credit you will be responsible for the cost to ship the item back to you. If we do not receive payment for the return shipping within 15 days your item(s) will be donated to charity. 

Holiday Return Policy: Beginning December 1st and ending Dec. 25th, all purchases made on trendythreadsinc.com will be eligible for return until January 15th.  Qualifying returns are for online store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Returns must be submitted and reach our facility by January 15th to qualify. See return process below for submitting your return.

Handbag Return Policy: You may return your handbag if you are not satisfied with the product.  If your initial purchase of the handbag qualified for free shipping and you wish to return the bag, thus making your initial order ineligible for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit.  If your initial handbag purchase did not qualify for free shipping and you wish to return the bag, you will receive full credit for your return.

Return Process

      1) Log into our website and go to My Account.

      2) Click completed to see a list of your orders.

      3) Find the order you wish to return and click Return Items next to view order details.

      4) Fill out the Return Request and Submit request.

      5) Package your return and ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping)

 Please allow 3-5 days from the time we receive your package for the return to be processed. Store credit will be available once the return has been processed.

 Defective or Damaged Merchandise

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Please do not use scissors to open your package. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise you MUST contact us within 3 days(including weekends) of receipt. No exceptions. If we do not receive notification within 3 days, the return will be rejected. 

If you receive a damaged item, please do as follows:

 - use your phone to take a picture of the damaged area and email the images to support@trendythreadsinc.com, include the tag in the photo showing it is still attached.

- Include your order number and name of the item that is damaged

- Indicate "damaged" in the subject line of your email.

Please allow 24-48 hours for a response regarding your damaged item. DO NOT send your item back unless instructed to do so.

 

Shipping Policy

Online orders will be processed within 24 hours if your order is received Monday through Friday by 12pm CST.  Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.  We will not process orders on holidays or weekends.  Order acknowledgment and confirmation of product availability will be sent to you via email after your order is completed.  We verify all credit cards before shipping.  Please note credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the postal service may require a signature on delivery. Your tracking number will let you know what day to expect your package to arrive. An order tracking number will be emailed to you once your product is ready to ship. 

Shipping Rates

We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping for all orders placed in the Continental U.S. We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or International shipping. All online orders over $100 will receive FREE SHIPPING so fill up those shopping bags!! Please keep in mind that your shipping is calculated off of your discounted subtotal (total after sales, discounts, and coupon codes have been applied) and does not include tax. All orders are shipped in the continental US via USPS Priority Mail/First Class mail.  Once your package leaves our facility you can expect it to reach you in 1-7 days depending on the delivery location.  Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday - Friday and do not include holidays.  Shipping charges are nonrefundable.  Any delays due to USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. If you need you package by a specific date, you can contact us at 605-287-4229 to discuss expedited shipping options. All packages are shipped uninsured. Once your package has been delivered to USPS we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have created a user account on our website, you can check the status of your order at anytime. 

Pick Up In-Store

If you have chosen the pick-up in store option at checkout please allow us 1 business day to process and complete your order. In store pick-up orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be ready for pick-up until 1pm on Monday.  You will receive an email notification as soon as your product is ready for pick-up.

This privacy statement shall govern and apply to anyone accessing or using the website www.trendythreadsinc.com or any other website owned and/or operated by Trendy Threads Inc. Trendy Threads respects your right to privacy.

 What information we collect?

Trendy Threads will only collect information that you voluntarily provide through our website or via email correspondence. This may include name, shipping address, phone number, email address, username, and passwords. Billing and payment information (such as billing address, credit card details, and other sensitive financial information) will be collected in order for us to ship and process your oder.

Your information is collected in order for us to ship and process your order.  The information you provide us will be used for additional internal purposes such as tracking your order, analyzing your preferences, and gathering statistics.  YOUR INFORMATION WILL NEVER BE SOLD OR SHARED WITH ANY UNAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES. Trendy Threads does use a third party payment processor and shipping service to ensure payment and delivery of your orders.  These third parties will have limited access to your information in order to complete transactions. We use several safeguards to keep your information secure and confidential. Our checkout process employs Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your safety. SSL - Secure Sockets Layer encrypts your order information and sends it to a secure server, making it impossible for information to be decoded by a party outside our store. Although Trendy Threads Inc does use standard best practices to protect your personal information, we do not represent, or guarantee that personal information will remain secure. In an event there is a breach of security, we will take all necessary measures to communicate this to you so you can take measures to protect yourself. 

 Legal Disclosure

We consider your individual information to be confidential and it is our policy to not disclose any information to third parties (except as described above) unless release is required by law. We reserve the right to disclose personal information to certain individuals (service providers, the government, and law enforcement agencies) when a formal request has been made (such as responding to a court order, subpoena, or judicial proceeding).
